IT"S FRIDAY!!!!!

Good Morning to everyone in the Pine Belt community!!! Today is a free dress day here
at NR Burger Middle School and I decided to represent the Biggest Losers by wearing my BL T-Shirt which is "Tight" as the kids might say.

I would like to thank God for my husband Willie Barnes for supporting me by following my new Life Style change with me. He's eating what I eat and go walking with me whenever I need that walking partner right along my side. As we walk, we talk about the GOODNESS of how God has changed our lives, our Sunday School lesson, and how we are going to HONOR and GLORIFY GOD with our bodies 1 Cor 6:20.

Also, I also would like to thank my family, friends, and co-workers who are supporting me as I continue on this journey. Bolton, Shelton, Gatling, L. Leggett, Palmer, Mason, and Powell you are the greatest!!! It's good to have co-workers - I mean friends that will support you in what ever you do. And to my new friend Tonya who is also a BL, YOU GO GIRL!!

With all that said, ALL GLORRRRRY to GOD!! I could not do it without His Strength!!
