Just got home from working out, Lisa, Melvin, Martha, & James were there, I agree it is very encouraging to have the support of one another. We sang Happy Birthday to Melvin, he is 34 today. See y'all tomorrow at the challenge, good-luck to everyone, we will make thru together. Good Night, Deana
