Hey guys, hope you had a good day today as I did. I was up and working out today by 7 a.m. as I had an appointment with Jennifer at 8:30. After the appointment I stayed a little longer. My legs were so tired. But Im still having fun and learning so much that I did not know. I will come to the center on Hwy 49 in the morning if the Lord is willing as I have to watch my grand kids for a bit. When I get back it is the Big 4th birthday party for my grandaughter EMILY. I want to wish each and everyone the best of luck this weekend and wish everyone could have their name called Monday. I know I could be in the same boat next week. This is all been real fun but its no laughing matter, as we all need this.
