Hello everyone. Hope all is well. I went to the Dr. today for a regular visit and all is good. I got a flu shot. I got to the well center today and saw Barbara there. She Was busy working out and she came and we walked together for about 20 minutes and her workout was over. I did not get there until around 5:30 and stayed until 7:00. Hope everyone has a great weekend.
