Hey gang how's is going? For me I went to the center and worked out today and saw RoRo. She was there when I got there and also saw Amber. I stayed about an hour and a half and came home to do some house work. Have to play catch up from this week. Had the grand babies over you know. I did do some on the stationary bike. My sister-in-law and her husband ask me and my husband out and we did go out for a while and I danced a couple of dances. I have had a busy week and will try and rest tomorrow. Hope everyone had a good Saturday and a better Sunday.

Hope to see yall at the workout center Monday if not I will see Yall Wendsday at the Payne Center. Everybody keep yourselves in good spirits and we will all do fine.
