Well I went to class last night and had a great time I seen one of the BL there and she is super nice Congrats to Everyone who made it ....I am so excited about the fitness challenge tomorrow at the payne center just wander what its gonna be doing.I had a great weekend I stayed on track I ate great when my family had hot dogs,and hamburgers I did not even want them.I would like for you all to check out sparkpeople.com they have great receipes my friend told me about this site and its really great it has help me out alot.Well hope you all have a great day and see ya tonight.
