Just got back from church. I have had a tough but good weekend so far. I love to go to football games and love to tailgate. I look for the foods I can have and eat smaller portions now.

The rally sessions are going to be harder and harder. We are all getting to know each other more and we all hate to see anyone fall below the yellow line. To everyone that does, and it can happen to any of us, just know we are all in this for 12 weeks and keep working just as hard. The ultimate goal is to lose weight and be healthier. This is a competition where the only way we can lose is to quit. I hope we all stay strong and we have 20 biggest losers at the 5k run.
