GOTTA TRY IT Joanna Barnes

I can't believe we have completed our second week already. My heart goes out to those who were under the yellow line. Don't you dare give up. Think of who you are doing this far and why. WDAM and FORREST GENERAL WELLNESS you are making it happen for us. Your smiles, effort, and knowledge has changed a lot of us in just two weeks. I never thought that I would be so motivated to exercise 5 times this week.

Hey, everyone try that recipe for sesame-crusted salmon that Becky gave us last week. I never had salmon until this past Saturday. It was great!! I'm trying a lot of different foods and loving it! Hummus, cottage cheese, salmon just to name a few. Looking forward to trying maple-walnut oatmeal.
