RALLY SESSION #2
TODAY THE 1ST weigh in . My nerves were to pieces, it has been a long time since I was that nervous and anxious. I felt like I did well, I came in the top 5 ----WHOA Hoooo.
I was thrilled to see that everyone had been trying so hard and everyone lost.
This great thing that WDAM and Forrest General are doing for the community .
I am so excited for everyone. Y'all all keep eating healthy and exercising and seeing you in the gym gave me lots of encouragement. The staff at the LIVE WELL (Caleb) is great in taking time instruct us with the machine.
Food Timing is also an issue with me on Thursdays. I have got to learn to plan better. I was eating salmon and shrimp at 8 pm tonight. And we all know the cut off time is 8pm

I believe we all are experiencing the same problem of trying to balance our time. Just think-it can only get easier as we continue our journey. Change is difficult because it is 80% behavior and 20% knowledge.(Dave Ramsey) Because we are changing behaviors, it seems overwhelming in the beginning. Five-Eight weeks from now, we will be swimming like fish in the deep blue sea. Just easy as ABC and 123. LOL
