Another great workout at the LiveWell Center, time really flew by working out with RoRo and Lisa. I think I have found my new workout machine called the NuStep, it is similiar to the elliptical but different LOL I am not coordinated enough to do the elliptical yet.

RoRo and I are meeting up early in the morning for a walk since the gym is closed tomorrow. I am not a morning person, so working out early will be new to me.
