Adrienne

I had a great time working out with everyone last night, I managed to stay on the elliptical for 1 hour 16 mins. Also, when I got home I got great news from my Mom. After all of the testing at MD Anderson, she got a triple negative report, meaning that she does not have Cancer in any major organs, the blood or in her bones. THANK YOU GOD! Also, the tests came back showing that she does not have as much Cancer as the first tests that were done in Baton Rouge (miracles do happen, just have faith and put your complete trust in God). The doctor has also given her the OK to have Chemo in Baton Rouge, so she does not have to travel to Houston every week, but she will go there for Radiation every six weeks and they will do check ups at that point.

After hearing this great news, I feel like a new woman now. Just feel like a huge burden has been lifted from my shoulders. I am now ready to conquer the My First 5K on November 14th at 8:00 AM.

Thank you all for your kind words, thoughts and prayers.

  1. Adrienne,
I'm so proud of you and you look great. Isn't nice that God answers prayers for us and he knows when we need to hear the good news to uplift our sprits. Keep up the good work.
