Hello to everyone, RoRo you look great, keep up the hard work, and I agree with you, we have made new life time friends. Lisa don't believe everything you hear girl, but most importantly I started back loosing weight plus the inches. Artonya and Judy, we will pray that God gives us wisdom and regardless of the one eliminated, we all have a start on our life journey thanks to the WDAM and Forrest General , along with all the sponsors. Artonya ask me what were going to do when this was over, I feel we have made friends and a support group for our ourselves. I for one look forward to seeing everyone, eliminated or not at the gym. Jonothan was there last night, along with Melvin and myself. Jennifer I actually look forward to going to work out, it is an amazing feeling. Melvin and I have talked and we both have personal goals and will continue working out together. Lets not forget Nov 14, our 5K run or our reunion at Brownstone's on Dec 12, lets work hard, Thanks to everyone for the support and friendship.
