Hey guys I'm back on line. Yesterday was a blast and we had so much fun or a least I did. After the weigh in and the challenge Melvin, Deana, Barbara and myself went to the Brownstone with Mr. Mitch.. We ate healthy but well. It was all so nice. The staff there was very nice. Thanks Mitch for the nice treat. I was about ready to eat!! Then Melvin, Deana and myself went to the gym and worked out for about and hour and a half. Barbara met us there. Today I had a meeting with Jennifer and it was very informative. I went on and had my work out as well. I am so glad I have done that early this morning.
