Okay everybody you know what time it is. Time to vote. It is RoRo and Adrienne. Wish each of you luck.. Boy did we have fun yesterday. Glad for the winners Denise, Lisa and Adrienne.
I believe that's the first time I have even tried to run in a while. I am trying to jog on the treadmill and to most my run is a jog. I went and worked out for about an hour and 15 minutes after we ate which was after went and got a bite to eat. I am up and about to go to the Arlington Loop center this morning.

If I do not see anyone this weekend, Please everyone have a safe and productive or a relaxing weekend which ever it is you are planning to have.
