Good Morning, The weather is wonderful, the temperature has dropped a little, Melvin and I met this morning and walked outside to help get ready for our 5K run-walk on November 24. We walked-ran the 3.1 miles before the rain really set in, we plan on meeting Martha in Hattiesburg tomorrow to practice on the route we will be taking in November if the weather permits if not we will work out in-doors. Everyone have a great day, I must clean the house now, I have neglected it the past few days, I had much rather be outside, but this rain will keep me in. Deana
