Hey y'all! I was happy to see how well everyone is doing today. Everyone lost weight!!!!!
You just don't know how proud i am of everyone!!!! I had fun today with the game we played.
we had to guess how many calories is in the fast food that we eat, and how much exercise we have to do to burn it off. I can tell you right now how its so not worth it. Roro I'm glad you doing good and i know your gonna meet that goal girl. Ms D i heard you gave everyone a run for there money on the trail. keep it up Hun! I'm so blessed with another week in this competition, but i don't think of it as that i think of it as family working together with the Grace of God.
I'm going in the morning to work out hope to see some of you there. Remember to pray for all of us!
