I had a great weekend in Jackson with my sisters. I did really well with my eating and my sisters and I got up and worked out at the hotel Saturday morning. Now it's back to the gym to get ready for Thursday rally session.

I want to say congratulations to Denise for making it another week. And to Amber, I hope that you and your family are doing better and I am sure we will see you in the gym.
