Hello everyone I just wanted to let everybody know I went a got membership at the 24/7 gym tonight and done my time and it felt good to be able to work out and be home within a few minutes but to let y'all know that even though it was full of people that I knew I was a lonely person working out all by myself. But you know me I dont meet a stranger. I told a young man that went to school with my girls that I needed him 9 weeks ago to train me and he told me it looked as if I had done well all by myself . Told him yes but it sure is nice to have someone to work out with. Thats when I knew how much I was going to miss all of you at the wellness center. Please keep thinking of good thoughts for me and about me as I will all of you. Jennifer again thanks for all of your input today and I will be keeping in touch with you.
