OMG, I am below the yellow line. I have been doing everything I am suppose to I am eating the right foods and excercising up to 2 hours a day. I just had a bad week. I have lost 19 lbs since the contest started. Please keep me in this game, I love the accountability it makes me have each week. FGH Wellness has been such postive thing for me.
