I was up and at the gym at 5:40 this morning. I wanted to get in one more last chance workout before our big day. Oh, we received our 2009 Biigest Loser T-shirts today from JMH Graphics and they are awesome--Navy Blue with white lettering. Be watching for us, because we will be wearing them around the pine belt and we want your encouragement. This is your game and we are your contestants.
