Hey guys, WOW what a day! I have been running since I woke up. Today I was so scared to get my weight cause I did not think I did so well. I'm in the middle of the road as of right now. Thats why I jumped up and hollard. Hope I did not offend anyone. To all that is below the yellow line, please do not give up. Its not to late. call everyone you know and tell them to tell everyone they know. It will happen for you. Keep the faith! Now I did not come to work out tonight as I came over today at rally. I did however get a walk in. I had did have a few red beans and deer sausage for supper and diet green tea.

The picture I have tonight is my family. My husband Mike and our daughters Amanda standing and Johna below. I love my family and will do anything for them. As you can see I'm big in this picture as well, but with the help of the F.G. Wellness and some determination and hard work I will get there.
