Hey,
I am so jealous of y'all getting up in the am and getting to exercise. I was only able to do a 1 hour workout at home today because it rained this afternoon after I got off from work. I also felt like I did not get the workout I would at the gym. Weekends are hard for me, I do better during the week. Plan to get in a good workout tomorrow; however,I will have to watch my meal closely since it is the holiday.
