HI everyone this is a work /call weekend for me, so i can't be enjoying this weather outside. It is beautiful but I imagine hard to break a sweat. I hope all is doing well and I have been praying for your mother, Lisa. You will be fine at the weigh in just walking up and down all those stairs at FGH. Something I need to be doing.
I still don't feel like I am up to run the 5k on the 14Th, but I know I can walk it with no problem. Running just kills my back for more than just a few seconds/minutes.
Keep praying for our family as this is still a very trying time for us and even puts more stress on trying to loose weight. We can do all things through CHRIST that leads us !!!
