Hey everybody! I am so excited to come to the rally session tomorrow. I can't wait to see each and everyone of the contestants and see how our progress in losing this weight has been. To the final 4, good luck and to the rest of us I don't think any of us has done to shabby! Can you imagin in your minds of how we use to look and how we use to feel? Not good and now GREAT! I am off from work today and will be tomorrow as well. I hope everybody has a good Veterans Day!
Thanks to all the gang at Forrest General Wellness and WDAM for making this happen for all of us and hope this will continue for many years to come.
