Hey y'all! I hope everyone doing good. I made it to the final 4,I'm so happy. That was what I was shooting 4. ( well the weight loss to) I have met some pretty and incredible people along my journey I'm so grateful for that. I worked out today at the wellness gym I cycled about 35 min.,and i done the elliptical for an hour really hard core the whole way. I'm so thankful to Forrest General Wellness, and WDAM for this great opportunity. WE have all come so far!!!!
I am PROUD of EVERYONE in OUR competition!!!!!!! EVERYONE has done so GOOD!!!!!
I know we WONT STOP HERE!!!! Were gonna GO MUCH FURTHER!!!!!!
Not only for ourselves and our health ,but for our families. With GODS help and Jennifer, Becky,Kim, Martha, and all the staff of FG Wellness backing us we can DO IT!!!!!!!!!
I hope we still encourage ,and support one another after this is over. I have met not only good friends but also family. Please remember to pray for all of us, also our family that has had some hardship along our journey to health. With love and support always LISA.
