hi all my fellow contestant and for most my friends i was so excited to see everybody today it was a joy to look back and see how far we have come and how meeting strangers turns out to be some of the best of friends i am looking forward to the 5k for those that cannot make it please what ever you do find a way to be there just think back weeks ago i never would imagine thinking about doing this race well hope to see all yall at the race until then see ya there
