I would like to think each of you have become my friends. I want to keep in touch with all of you and want to get every ones phone number tomorrow. The 5K Race on the Trace

Wow! I had a fantastic time! I finished in 45 minutes. My all time best race time. My right knee is irritated but I don't care. We changed our lives and changed our thinking about our lives. I came in 83rd out of 104. I never dreamed I could be ahead of 21 other people in a race. This week I am working on finishing up the Biggest Loser program and restarting my journey. None of us will be restarting our journey alone because we have established a great support group in the friendships we have forged over the past few weeks.

Saturday was one of the happiest days of my life! Thank you sponsors! Rebecca, thank you so much for your encouragement. To the trainer Katherine from USM, I'd never have gotten 45 minutes with out your encouragment when you came and help me run in.

God Bless you all! See you tonight in the gym. I am sure I'll work on the core machines tonight since my knee is so irritated. The final weigh in for me is tonight.

Well today at the 5 k was a blast. Wish all could have been there. For those that were there , man everyone did so good and I am so proud to say that you are all my friends. We did something today! We showed ourselves we can do it and be just like all of the others out there. I believe each and everyone of us beat out times. I was shocked at the time that I did. Would have never guessed that in a million years. Cant wait until the finale.

You know today is final pictures day for the biggest losers. Boy did it ever feel so much better getting dressed this morning than it did 12 weeks ago. I dreaded having that starting picture made for the competition. Just knowing I was going to have face the reality of my bad decisions when I saw the photo. Not this morning, I was excited about the photo today. I am ready to have my AFTER picture taken. The difference is my attitude toward the picture. I know the new picture is going to reflect the new me and I find that very exciting. I am not ending a journey but continuting a journey. I have not lost all the weight that I need lose to have the life I want, but Forrest General Wellness, WDAM, Antonelli College, All Health, Belk, Corner Marker, Play it Again Sports, JMH Graphics, Ashely Furniture, and specifically Jennifer, Martha, Rebecca and Sherri opened the door of opportunity for me to be on the journey.

I have met 19 strangers who have become 19 friends and I have applauded them on this journey as they have encouraged me. To the final four, Mitch, Artonya, Melvin and Lisa. Good Luck!
