Amber Finnegan Bigggest Loser 2009 Blog 1
I have had a great weekend and sticking to the meal plan. Last night we had my husband's grandmother's bday party and I turned down Ribs, Baked beans, Potatos and lots of dessert. Instead, I ate boiled shrimp and a salad. Go me! Willpower is great and I have learned that I have it! I could not go to the gym this weekend because I had things going on but instead I got out and walked and ran around my house and did crunches! You learn to improvise when you can't make it to the gym. I hope everyone is keeping up and doing good. This is a very exciting time for us all. Hope to see everyone on Thursday!
