It was great to see so many of us at the gym tonight. It is so encouraging to see you guys working out so hard, it really pushes me to work out harder. That John is a beast in the gym LOL. He has been pushing me to conquer my fear of the elliptical, that thing is killer. Saturday, I stayed on for one minute. But today I managed to stay on three whole minutes. Before this challenge is over, I will work my way up to 30 minutes on the elliptical.
Tonight I also did the PiYo Tone class, Ann nearly killed me in that class. It was tough, but it was an amazing workout. I will definitely attend that class again, I need to work on increasing my flexibility and strength in my arms.
The diet is coming along great, but after working out on Saturday, I went to bed that night and didn't eat dinner (that is truly a first for me) I was just that exhausted. But Caleb informed me today, that not eating enough calories is just as bad as eating too much, so hopefully I did not do too much damage.
Our first elimination is just around the corner and I cannot wait to see all of our hard work show up on the scales on Thursday.

Having a good week with meal plan and exercise plan, got my heart rate up to 148. My energy level has improved and is improving each day. Did some exercises around the house this past weekend. Just got back from working out tonight and feel great.

Making my first bog. I had a very good first week. Second week a little harder, little under the weather. Just trying to do everything we are being told to do. I go out of town Tuesday and Wednesday, but will be back for Thursday. I look forward to seeing everyone and see how they are doing.

I have had a great weekend and sticking to the meal plan. Last night we had my husband's grandmother's bday party and I turned down Ribs, Baked beans, Potatos and lots of dessert. Instead, I ate boiled shrimp and a salad. Go me! Willpower is great and I have learned that I have it! I could not go to the gym this weekend because I had things going on but instead I got out and walked and ran around my house and did crunches! You learn to improvise when you can't make it to the gym. I hope everyone is keeping up and doing good. This is a very exciting time for us all. Hope to see everyone on Thursday!

HAd a real bad weekend, I have had a horrible sinus infection and still have note gotton over it yet, Today is the first day THAT i have been able to work out since last week..

Okay, I am in Jackson all week for work! BUT!! I have watched what I am eating and have worked out at the gym at the hotel. they have a treadmill, encumbent bike and a pool.. I worked out last nite and then swam and did water aerobics. we are meeting in downtown Jackson so I am walking to lunch and back from lunch, around 4 blocks each way. Also, we are parking in a parking garage. We parked on the 6th level and I walked down the stairs, and up the stairs 4 times!!! there are actually 12 sets of steps... and it is steep. I beat the elevator!! I am so excited about a new healthy life. I hate I can't weigh on Thursday, but thats okay. I will be fine and it won't change my working out and eating good.
